William 0. Emerson and his brother Frank B. Emerson, as co-partners, operated a business at 304-6 Washington Street, Wilmington, Delaware, known as “Emerson Auto Parts”, from August, 1945, until the partnership was dissolved by the death of William 0. Emerson. On August 13, 1946, the said William 0. Emerson and his brother Frank B. Emerson purchased the said property at 3Ó4-6 Washington Street, Wilmington, Delaware, taking title in their joint names as tenants in common.
