ORDER

The father of Lara F. appeals pro se from a Family Court decision suspending his right to visit his seven-year-old daughter, Lara. Like her siblings, Lara was placed in the care, custody, and control of the Department of Children, Youth and Families after the Family Court found that she had been neglected and abused by her parents.
