The appellants, having made a contract to ship a large number of hogsheads of tobacco to Italy, entered into arrangements with the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company for the transportation of the tobacco, a part of which was to be shipped from Paducah, Kentucky to Pensacola, Florida. The tobacco that was to be shipped from Paducah was tó be loaded by appellants from their warehouse into cars set on a switching track, operated by the appellee, Illinois Central Railroad Company, and after the cars were loaded they were to be moved by this…
