—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Brill, J.), rendered June 21, 1991, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was arrested after a so-called "buy and bust” operation wherein an undercover police officer purchased a yellow glassine envelope, stamped "Dick Tracy”, from the defendant using prerecorded money. The defendant was arrested approximately 30 minutes later. Ten white glassine envelopes stamped "Any Time”…
