This is an appeal from a decision and order of the Federal Communications Commission of November 14, 1946, announced November 15, denying the petition of the appellant, L. B. Wilson, Inc., for reconsideration of the action of the Commission on May 10, 1946, granting without hearing the application of Patrick Joseph Stanton for a construction permit to erect a new standard broadcasting station.
