Appeal from an order of the County Court of St. Lawrence County (Richards, J.), entered November 27, 2006, which classified defendant as a risk level three sex offender pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration Act.
In October 2006, defendant pleaded guilty to a superior court information charging him with two counts of rape in the third degree under Penal Law § 130.25 (2). He was thereafter sentenced to 180 days of incarceration and 10 years of probation.
