This is an appeal from an order of the Orphans’ Court of Baltimore City, passed on May 19, 1941, revoking letters of administration on the estate of Margaret A. Far-nan, also known as Daisy Collett Farnan, previously granted to Harry E. Silverwood, appellant, attorney for the collateral heirs, and granting such letters to the husband of the deceased,, who is th§ appellee.
