— Appeal from an order of the Surrogate’s Court of Ulster County (Traficanti, Jr., S.), entered June 14, 1983, which allowed a claim against the estate for medical assistant provided by the Ulster County Department of Social Services.

In this proceeding for the judicial settlement of the estate of Dorris D. Dabney, the principal issue concerns a claim against the estate by the Ulster County Department of Social Services for medical assistance rendered to the decedent’s wife.
