b This is a contentious child custody case. From a judgment awarding shared joint custody — week-on, week-off, 50-50 time with each parent — and designating neither party as domiciliary parent, the mother, Ann Hanks (“Ann”), appeals. The father, Raymond Hanks, Jr. (“Ray”), answers the appeal. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the award of shared joint custody, but remand to the trial court with the following instructions: (i) to revisit the domiciliary parent issue under La.
