This action was commenced in the Hudson County Circuit Court. A demurrer was filed to the original declaration filed therein.' The demurrer was sustained, after which an amended declaration was .filed, to which a demurrer was again presented. This demurrer was also sustained by the Circuit Court and judgment in that court entered for the defendant. This writ of error is sued out to review this judgment. The demurrer was general, with á specification of causes, and the question to be determined is whether the averments of the declaration…
