Toledo Bar Ass'n v. Shousher

{¶ 1} Respondent, Mohamed Y. Shousher of Toledo, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0016006, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1980. On December 5, 2005, relator, Toledo Bar Association, charged respondent in an amended complaint with 19 counts of misconduct involving numerous violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility.
