In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the County of Orange appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Ferraro, J.), dated November 25,1981, which granted plaintiffs’ motion to set aside a jury verdict rendered on the issue of liability and to vacate a stipulation of settlement entered into by plaintiffs and defendant Ryerson, and directed a new trial.
