This is an adversary proceeding on the complaint of Plaintiffs, Ferdinand J. Snow Company, Inc. (hereinafter “Snow Company”) and Snow Financial Corp. (hereinafter “Snow Financial”), in which Plaintiffs claim the right to possession of certain collateral presently in the possession of the Debtor, Waldick Aero-Space Devices, Inc. (hereinafter “Waldick”). The Plaintiffs make such claims based upon ten (10) agreements entered into by Snow Company or Snow Financial and Waldick during the period of 1977 through 1981.
