RATLIFF, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

The State of Indiana appeals from orders of the Clay Circuit Court granting motions for summary judgment in favor of International Insurance Company and Calvert Fire Insurance Company. We reverse.

FACTS

The State Board of Accounts conducted an audit of the Riley Elementary School Lunch Fund, Vigo County School Corporation, encompassing the period from July 1, 1973, to January 26, 1977.
