1Per curiam
In this accomplice-to-first-degree-murder case, we consider multiple issues including the validity of the indictment, the admission of certain evidence, objections to the instructions to the jury, the sufficiency of the evidence, and the failure to grant a mistrial. We affirm the defendant’s conviction.
