Court of Appeals of Wisconsin

Decided April 17, 2012No. 2011AP1211PublishedCited by 2 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

¶ 1. PETERSON, J.

Beverly Socha, Jennifer Greiner, and West Bend Mutual Insurance Company appeal a judgment dismissing all claims and cross-claims against Outagamie County stemming from a car accident allegedly caused by a County employee's negligent direction of traffic. The circuit court concluded the County was entitled to governmental immunity under Wis. Stat. § 893.80(4).1 Socha, Greiner, and West Bend argue the County is not immune because the *418ministerial duty and known danger exceptions to governmental immunity apply. We reject these arguments and affirm.2
