FACTS
¶ 1. On November 6, 2008, Maria Avare filed a complaint against Gulfside Casino Partnership (d/b/a Island View Casino Resort) in the Harrison County Circuit Court, alleging negligence and seeking damages for injuries she received on June 16, 2008, after a roulette ball struck her right eye.
