After Blaire Reid filed her suit against SSB Holdings, Inc., d/b/a Protec Laboratory (Protec) alleging unlawful sexual harassment and retaliatory discharge, 1 Protec filed a plea to-the jurisdiction asserting that Reid had not exhausted her administrative remedies under Chapter 21 of the Texas Labor Code. 2 After a hearing, the trial court granted the plea to the jurisdiction and dismissed Reid’s claims with prejudice.
