Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Otsego County (Lambert, J.), entered October 9, 2014, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify a prior order of custody and visitation.
Petitioner (hereinafter the father) and respondent (hereinafter the mother) are the parents of a son (born in 2003). Pursuant to a February 2014 order entered on consent, the father had sole legal and primary physical custody of the child and the mother had a schedule of parenting time.
