KNIGHT, District Judge.

On February 1, 1939, the Ervin Service Corporation filed a petition for corporation reorganization, under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended, 11 U.S. C.A. § 501 et seq. On March 27, 1939, the corporation was adjudicated a bankrupt. The order of adjudication directed that proceedings thereafter ' be taken pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act. The first meeting of creditors was held on March 27, 1939. On June 30, 1939, the Collector of Internal Revenue filed a claim on account of Social Security Taxes in the amount of $911.20, plus interest. The Trustee objected to the…
