Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Clabby, J.), rendered September 17, 1993, convicting him of attempted rape in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, assault in the second degree, assault in the third degree, and unlawful imprisonment in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
