Plaintiffs-appellants, black individuals residing in the Okolona Municipal Separate School District, appeal from the district court’s refusal to order back pay and reinstatement for Lagrone Pack, a black high school teacher not rehired for the 1973-1974 school year. 1 Pickens v. Okolona Municipal Separate School District, 380 F.Supp. 1036 (N.D.Miss.1974).
