Jonas Smith appeals his conviction for aggravated assault. 1 He contends the trial court (1) erred by denying his “motion to suppress his warrantless arrest;” (2) abused its discretion by failing to grant a mistrial following complainant’s reference to appellant’s previous incarceration; and (3) abused its discretion by “allowing a child witness to testify with the assistance of a service dog.” We affirm.
