'Defendant was convicted of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, and sentenced to a fine and imprisonment. From the judgment, and an order overruling a motion for •new trial, he appeals.

Appellant alleges error in the refusal of the court to allow a number of hypothetical questions to be propounded to a juror. The juror was asked what his verdict would be if, after hearing, the evidence, the court instructed him in stated manner, or what his verdict would be under other supposed facts.
