Plaintiff appeals from the trial court’s dismissal of his petition for a writ of review, ORS 34.100, in which he challenged his expulsion from high school by defendants (the district) and requested expungement of that expulsion from his scholastic record. Plaintiff assigns error to the trial court’s determination that certain statements that he made to school officials were properly admitted and relied upon in the expulsion hearing.
