I. Introduction
This matter is before the court on Defendants’ motion for preliminary injunction (Doc. 17), which Plaintiff opposes. For the reasons the follow, the court will grant the motion and preliminarily enjoin Plaintiff from contacting Defendants’ customers re*727garding the facts and issues underlying this litigation.
