I am unable to agree with my brethren in their holding that these appellants have no pecuniary interest in the issue involved in the appeals, nor in their view that the question of whether the right parties have brought this appeal is raised in the motions to erase, nor in several of the technical grounds which the opinion of the court supports as a basis for denying these appellants the relief they seek.
