Bourke, appeals from the February 16, 2005 judgment entry of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas sustaining the motion to dismiss of defendant-appellee Ronald J. Bogart and overruling plaintiffs motion for reconsideration of the trial court’s August 19, 2004 decision granting the Civ.R. 12(B)(6) motions of defendants-appellees Larry K. Carnahan, Thomas D.
