Petitioner Elizabethtown Gas Company seeks review of a series of orders issued by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and its predecessor the Federal Power Commission approving an interim plan for curtailment of gas by the Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation (Tetco). Elizabethtown challenges the validity of the curtailment plan as a system purportedly based upon the eventual end uses of natural gas, and questions the method established by FERC for challenging the data underlying the curtailment plan.
