*1435Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Amy J. Fricano, J.), rendered October 25, 2006. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of course of sexual conduct against a child in the second degree (two counts) and endangering the welfare of a child.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
