This is an injunction case. Pursuant to Article 2786e, Vernon’s Annotated Civil Statutes, the Board of Trustees of the Garrison Independent School District entered into a written contract with McMorries & Company, Inc., a corporation, dated March 2, 1965, to compile taxation data for use by the Board of Equalization, said corporation being deemed to have the special skill and experience to perform such services.
