This is an appeal from that part of the judgment and order of the St. Francis County Circuit Court entered on the 8th day of February 1963, in the above entitled cause of action, which order declared of no force and effect, the Proclamation of the Governor of Arkansas, remitting, cancel-ling, and releasing a bond forfeiture, and for which forfeiture judgment was entered against Ted Hood in the St. Francis Circuit Court on the 24th day of February, 1958, in favor of the State of Arkansas in the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) dollars and costs, and which…
