(dissenting.). — We prepared a dissent in this case, but a change in the original opinion has rendered a part of what we urged, in great detail, unnecessary. Then we have since also an amended separate concurring opinion, which can now be noticed. We are therefore withdrawing our original dissent and filing in lieu thereof this opinion.
