This action was prosecuted in the lower court upon information in the name of the State, on the relation of the prosecuting attorney, for the purpose of ousting the appellant from the office of township trustee: A judgment of ouster was rendered, *224from which appellant prosecutes this appeal. The errors assigned are: (1) That the court erred in overruling a demurrer to the information; (2) error in sustaining a demurrer to the answer.
