Affirming.

Eas F.. Gilliland recovered a judgment against the Louisville & Nashville Eailroad 'Company for $3,675.00 for personal injuries which it is alleged he received as a result of inhaling fumes from certain disinfectants while engaged in oleaning'passenger coaches at Earlington, Ky. Defendant appeals. The principal contention is that the court erred in failing to give a directed verdict, a motion for -which, was made at the close of appellant’s evidence and again at the close of all the evidence,
