We adopt appellant's statement of the case:
“In this case the appellant sued the appellee in the district court of Cameron county, Tex., upon a series of 29 promissory notes in the principal sum of $50 each, executed by appellee in favor of the International Typesetting Machine Company, representing balance due on the purchase price of a typesetting machine; and also to foreclose a chattel mortgage lien given by appellee in favor of the International Typesetting Machine Company to secure the payment of said notes, as well as to secure the payment of the purchase price of any parts for said…
