Victor A. Pereira is prosecuting an appeal from an order of the Family Court adjudicating him way ward within the meaning of G. L. 1956 (1969 Reenactment) §14-1-3(G) (6), 1 for throwing a rock at a police vehicle in violation of §ll-44-22. 2 As a consequence of that order, on July 7, 1971, the appellant was ordered detained at the Training School for Boys. The appellant was released from custody on October 5, 1971, on bail pending the outcome of this appeal.
