At a rehearing, the accused was convicted by special court-martial of three specifications of larceny. The conven*580ing authority set aside the findings of guilty of one of the specifications, and a board of review dismissed another, but affirmed the sentence approved below. On this appeal from the affirmance of the remaining findings of guilty, the accused contends he was prejudiced by the admission of certain evidence.
