This is an original proceeding in which Harrell L. Sims presently incarcerated in the Oklahoma State Penitentiary seeks a writ of habeas corpus.

Petitioner alleges that his constitutional rights have been violated and that therefore the judgment and sentence rendered in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, sentencing Petitioner to twenty five (25) years for the crime of Robbery with Firearms is invalid.
