ERVIN, Circuit Judge:
This is an appeal in an action alleging breach of contract. The district court found in favor of plaintiff 1616 Reminc Limited Partnership (hereinafter “Rem-inc”) 1 on its breach of contract claim, and found in favor of defendant Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company (hereinafter “Commonwealth”) on a counterclaim for certain attorney’s fees against Reminc.
