CAMERON, Justice.
This is a petition for review of a memorandum decision of the court of appeals that reversed the trial court’s order granting a new trial. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Ariz. Const, art. 6, § 5(3), A.R.S. § 12-120.24 and Rule 31.19 Ariz.R.Crim.P., 17 A.R.S.
The issues to be resolved on review are:
1. Was the determination of the trial court that a new trial should be granted, on grounds of ineffective assistance of counsel, an abuse of discretion?
2. Did the state and the trial judge fail to insure appropriate security and decorum so as to affect defendant’s rights to a fair…
