This matter is before the court on a writ of certiorari issued to District Magistrate Lewis E. Kirchner at the request of defendant, Eva Woods. The claim is lack of jurisdiction over defendant. Magistrate Kirchner certified his record and forwarded the same in response to the writ of certiorari.
