Huntsville Aviation Corporation appeals from a summary judgment against it on its claims against two defendants, Thomas S. Ford and Madison Investment Company, Inc., for damages based on an alleged breach of a lease or for the value of the defendants' use and occupation of its premises. Its claims against a third defendant, Aviation Services, Inc., remained pending when this appeal was taken.1 Ford is the majority stockholder of Madison Investment and the sole stockholder of Aviation Services.
