This is a bill to remove an alleged cloud from the complainant’s title .to a tract of land in Monona county, in the state of Iowa, the material allegations being that on *433the 30tli day of July, 1886, complainant purchased the land in question, for a valuable consideration, from Janet R. Remer, and the same was conveyed to him by the said Janet R.
