Tier 1 Trucking, LLC (“Tier 1”), and James Martin Gray, Jr. (hereinafter referred to collectively as “the defendants”), petition this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the Wilcox Circuit Court to vacate its order denying the defendants’ motion for á change of venue and to enter an order transferring this action to the Cone-cuh Circuit Court.
