Special grounds 1 and 2 contend that the trial court erred in submitting to the jury the issue of whether or not the defendant was negligent in failing to post signs along the highway to warn the plaintiff and others similarly situated of the condition of the bridge in time for the speed of motor vehicles to be sufficiently reduced to avoid injury and damage.
