Defendants Atsalis Brothers Painting Company (Atsalis Brothers Painting), Garry Manous, and Nick Atsalakis (collectively, the moving defendants) seek a protective order to prevent codefendant Andrew Richner and Richner’s law firm, Clark Hill, PLC, from producing certain documents to the plaintiff in response to a discovery subpoena.
