OPINION AND ORDER OF SUSPENSION

Jamie Kay Roberts, a/k/a Jamie Kay Roberts Gibson, KBA No. 84027, of Louisville, Kentucky was charged by the Inquiry Commission with six disciplinary violations.

The violations are as follows:
