| defendant Tyrone Hall appeals his conviction and sentence for possession of cocaine. For the following reasons, we affirm.

PROCEDURAL HISTORY:

The defendant was charged with one count of possession of cocaine, a violation of La. R.S. 40:967(0(2), on July 13, 2012. The defendant filed a motion for a preliminary hearing and a motion to suppress evidence, statements, and identifications. Following a hearing, the trial court denied the motion to suppress evidence and granted the motion to suppress statements.1 The trial court also found probable cause and set a trial date.…
