We grant the motion for clarification for the limited purpose of correcting our previous opinion, withdraw our earlier opinion at 21 Fla. L. Weekly D1099 (May 8, 1996), and substitute the following:

Appellant, the estate of Robert Frappier Jr., appeals a trial court order dismissing its complaint with prejudice. The estate sued Health Options, Inc., a health maintenance organization (HMO), and two physicians, Drs.
